The Alpinestars GP Plus R V2 motorcycle glove is a sports glove with extensive protective qualities and is the evolved version of the popular GP Plus R glove. It features ergonomically engineered leather reinforcement on the palm and outer hand landing zones, providing maximum abrasion resistance in key impact zones. Alpinestars' exclusive Dynamic Friction Shield (DFS) protectors feature advanced airflow ventilation and a dual-density polymer mould construction that gives superior performance against repeat impacts as well as abrasion resistance. Internal aramidic fibre hand and thumb reinforcement and an aramidic fibre layer around the little finger give added abrasion resistance. Alpinestars' patented third and fourth finger-bridge prevents leather from twisting on the fingers. The palm pad panel combines the palm, thumb and little finger reinforcement, plus advanced polymer compound palm and finger sliders give impact and abrasion resistance. A protective double cuff closure with a TPR logo wraps around the wrist, raises the entire profile of the glove to protect the wrist bone from impact in a crash, and gives a personalised and comfortable fit. Alpinestars developed an ergonomic stretch insert between thumb and palm, which offers flexibility to improve hand movement, while the pre-curved finger construction reduces rider fatigue and offers enhanced comfort. The seams on the finger and palms are externally stitched for a closer fit and comfier ride, with stretch leather accordions on the fingers and thumb for superior fit and flexibility.
