The Oxford Scootleg fits to your scooter via a webbed panel with Velcro fittings and fits to the rider with a choice of neck or waist straps, incorporating safety break buckles that easily detach in case of an emergency. These are constructed from highly durable and thick waterproof Polyester with taped internal seams keeps the rider dry in all weather conditions. This also features a quilted inner lining that insulates to keep the rider warm with a detachable bib to enable use as a leg cover or as a full apron which covers the body. It has an integral seat cover for weather protection when parked and integrated lock holes enabling rider to lock it to their scooter. They have reflective printing on the front and sides for increased visibility and safety. Also features useful pockets on the sides to store personal items and comes with a 12 months guarantee
